Traditional Summer by TheNekoStar Traditional Summer by TheNekoStar
I actually drew this a while ago, but I wanted to make a digital version of it before posting, but... I just wanted to let everyone know I was alive. Haha!

Made with Ink pens and colored pencils.... I know, I suck at colored pencils, but dammit I TRIED. X3

Is that Rin? or a new character?

If she is a new character, she looks like a red panda. Yet she has cat like eyes. Unsure of the fangs and muzzle. A hybrid perhaps? But I digress.

That's rin. :3 She definitely has undergone a slight style-change, as i'm trying to make her look more... 'animalistic?' as well as all of my anthros. I'll admit that in this pic her eyes WERE drawn a bit too big for my liking, but again, that's my problem with traditional. XD Once u set the ink, you're screwed. Haha! XD

As for species, yeah she's always been a red panda, and has always had a snaggle-tooth. :p

I didn't think her eyes were too large. But rather I noticed that her eyes had the appearance of slitted pupils.
A traight seen in cats, foxes, snakes, ect.
Turning Rin into a hybrid may help with the diet problems that would plague a red panda. But I digress.

Keep up the good work.

I think they are too large. XD Wasn't saying you did. lol

Sh-She has no diet problems! :C (Rin would get so fussy at you saying that if she heard it. lol)

Thanks! :3

Red Pandas cannot digest cellulose. That causes them to eat large amount of bamboo out of necessity.
This low calorie diet would mean a red panda would be quite lethargic and prone to being underweight.

If anything, it would mean she would be constently struggling to find anything edible. Being deathly thin, and malnourished, simply because so much would be undigestable. (Anything with cellulose in the ingredients)

But I digress.

Yeah except for the fact that she's a fictional red panda, and doesn't have to worry about those kinds of things~

I gave her a certain personality when I created her, and she loves eating McRibs just as much as I do. :3
